(Description: The year 2100. In an effort to combat overpopulation, the postmortem social network "Anvil" is released and made mandatory to all.
A fusion of both Japanese and Belgian comics inspirations and sensibilities, such as Ghost in the Shell, Akira or Peter & Schuiten's work. "Anvil" invites us on a journey through the eyes of a young woman in her final moments on earth.)
Saw these guys on Saturday.
Huun Huur Tu - Saryglarlar (it should be cued up but if it starts at the beginning go to the 20min 41 second mark)
The story behind the song: this is a 12th century Tuvan song about a poor herder who is in love with a beautiful wealthy woman. He knows she is unattainable for someone of his position and so he wishes himself to be an eagle so he can fly up and look down upon her always.
