When you sit there staring at your classwork and decide to check out the new updates on the squad server instead... I think I may have a procrastination problem...
Haha, yeah, I always keep at that number, so I always know when I have left an e-mail behind or forgot to read something, I accually let it get there with spam when I was around 1200. It was kind of my own inside joke with myself :P
When you remember being an NCO and have a million ideas but don't say any of them because you know its not your place... that and it is fun to watch other people and stay out of the way.

When this is your e-mail inbox:
1337 emails, nice.
You answer "Roger" and "Negative" to yes/no questions from normal people.
I do that a lot.

You get super excited when you see a new topic after switching positions and spend all of history class reading about how to defend a cap on DoD.
You nominate yourself for a Purple Heart for getting a paper-cut while clerking...
I think that should be titled "You know you're a 29th clerk...", @T5 Dashwood :P I have another one:

@T5 Tuomainen it's more like;
Death by paperwork? - Call on me!
I'm the same clerk I used to be
You're wishing you joined the 29th over 4 years ago. . . .
When you snap out of bed sitting up saying "which way you want me to go boss?!"
When you are at work and you catch your FNG's breaking something or slacking off and you mutter to yourself "...damn Pvts."
When you can't Stay away and reenlist.
They always come back
When you've made a blue and grey yin-yang patch for over half your clothes.
When you cancel plans with the girlfriend to attend drills.
When you blow off your family on your own birthday to go to drills.
When you ditch a D&D session... to go to drills.
Nice.
When you stop an ongoing session of D&D in your friends house... so you can go to drills
When the most exciting thing you've done all week is make templates and write things for your new position in the 29th.
When you will be going to squad drills on your birthday (5th Oct)
When you go to drills even though you have a kidney stone.
